"What would the world look like without MAE Group’s technologies?" — This question marked the starting point for developing a corporate film for the leading manufacturer of straightening machines and wheelset presses. The goal was to give the company a modern and fresh image during its restructuring and to reestablish its role as an indispensable partner in industry.

Our approach to the film is anything but conventional: it compellingly demonstrates the essential nature of these technologies by portraying a world that comes to a standstill without them—a creative and rarely seen perspective in the mid-sized business sector. This approach not only reflects the company’s transformation but also conveys its philosophy. Through targeted storytelling and a combination of emotional imagery and clear messaging, the film authentically communicates innovation and quality.

The finished film is showcased at trade fairs and on the company website. While platforms like TikTok use short clips to quickly grab attention, this corporate film delivers its full impact through longer, captivating stories that build lasting customer engagement. It serves as the flagship of a new brand identity—emotional, authentic, and full of pride. The film not only shows who MAE Group is, but also what it stands for: a modern, strong presence that inspires and strengthens the brand in the long term.

Off to Pennsylvania

Why take the easy route when you can tackle the complicated? Instead of settling for a partner in the U.S. who didn’t meet our standards, we packed our own bags and flew from Düsseldorf to Pennsylvania. Why? Because our clients don’t just want content—they need material that stands out and moves people. In a world overloaded with stimuli, being seen is not enough. It’s about being relevant, engaging customers—and as a film production company, we go the extra mile to make that happen.

On location in Pennsylvania, we didn’t just film processes—we captured real moments. Footage that shows how MAE operates on a global scale. Companies like this shouldn’t get lost in the swamp of interchangeability. Instead, we deliver corporate films that impress through quality, emotional depth, and precision—films that aren’t just watched once, but remembered long-term. Because only those who move people can build true engagement.

The trip was a statement: we don’t stop until the film is perfect. Our commitment gives the client credibility and relevance while strengthening the brand for the long term. Pennsylvania proved that our approach works: authenticity before efficiency. Strong brands deserve films that are more than advertising—they are stories that resonate.

Free Hand, Clear Vision

From the very beginning, the client supported us with full creative freedom and great trust, enabling an extraordinary collaboration. This confidence gave us, as a commercial film production company, the space to develop a concept that is rather unusual for a mid-sized business. Even during execution, we deliberately took new paths. Instead of a conventional approach, we opted for a cinematic film format, distinguished by its unique aesthetic. To achieve this effect, we used Atlas Orion anamorphic lenses, giving the film a cinematic look and emphasizing its visual impact.
